Our Rates

We operate a very simple and transparent pricing system. Unlike many vacations our costs are charged by the day (irrespective of how many passengers there are, up to a maximum of 5).

The basic charge for a tour is $600 USD per day.

This price includes:

» All transport and transfers as agreed, including fuel
» Unlimited mileage*
» The services of a dedicated driver/guide

This price does NOT include:

» Your flights
» Entrance to attractions
» Meals and accommodation for guests**
» Accommodation for driver/guide, at $100 USD per day

* Up to a maximum of 6 hours drive time per day (excluding breaks)
** We can assist with booking accommodation or book it on your behalf

I'm interested - what do I do now?

1. Contact us to tell us what you are looking for in your vacation.

2. We will get back to you quickly with a suggested itinerary. If you would like to speak directly rather than by email please enclose a telephone number and we will contact you. (Please ensure that any time differences are made clear to ensure we do not wake you in the middle of the night!).

3. We will then put together a quotation based on your requirements. If you are happy with this quotation a booking can be made.

A deposit of 10% will be requested at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation this deposit is non-refundable. 50% of the remainder must be paid not less than 28 days prior to commencement of the vacation. The balance will be due at the end of the vacation.
